While we take great care to source the best timber, we cannot be held responsible for any warping, splitting or discolouration of our products after delivery.
Timber is susceptible to weather conditions and climate changes. Please ensure your timber is stored flat on all sides until use, then maintained with a suitable oil treatment to prevent cracking, drying and warping.
We will replace any faulty item discovered within 2 days of delivery.
We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee for completed orders that are no longer required, plus a collection charge where applicable.
Goods must be returned in their original condition, any delivery charge is non-refundable.
The maximum time for returning your item is 2 days from purchase or delivery.
Made-to-size or machined products are not returnable or refundable unless faulty.
Due to the nature of timber, lengths greater than 1m will not be accepted for return once delivered.
We reserve the right to refuse collection, or to refuse a return if we believe the goods could be twisted or bent.
